Same-day flower delivery available throughout Toronto and GTA, excluding Sundays and Statutory Holidays. Orders for same-day delivery must be placed by 10:30 AM (EST), offering the perfect way to brighten someone's day. Please note that holiday cutoff times may vary.

Our flower delivery service covers the following zones: Toronto, Etobicoke, Ajax, Clarington, Brock, Oshawa, Pickering, Scugog, Uxbridge, Whitby, Burlington, Halton Hills, Milton, Oakville, Brampton, Caledon, Mississauga, Hamilton, Aurora, East Gwillimbury, Georgina, King, Markham, and Orangeville.

Pre-order and on-demand blossoms 

Alternatively, you can conveniently pre-order online for daily pick-up from our Square One and Hillcrest Mall studios, with just a one-hour notice.

All deliveries are scheduled between 11 AM and 6:45 PM. Please be aware that we are unable to guarantee specific time slots for delivery.

For on-demand flower delivery, kindly contact us in advance at 905-232-2205, and we will make special arrangements. Please note that additional charges may apply.

In the event that the recipient is not at home, the delivery company may leave your order on the porch or with a concierge.


Notification of Flower Issues

At Blossom Moments we strive to provide the highest quality flowers and exceptional customer service. We understand that there may be instances where customers may encounter issues with their floral purchases. To ensure prompt resolution, we have implemented the following policy regarding notification of flower problems:

1. Notification Timeframe:
Customers must notify Blossom Moments within 3 days of receiving their flowers if there are any problems or concerns. This timeframe allows us to promptly address any issues and provide appropriate solutions.

2. Reporting Methods and Required Information:
Customers can notify us of flower problems by sending an email to info@blossom-moments.com to inform us about any problems with their flowers. Please include relevant details such as order number, date of purchase, and a description or photo of the issue.

3. Resolution Process:
Upon receiving a notification of a flower problem within the specified timeframe, we will promptly review the information provided and take appropriate action. T

4. Exceptions:
Please note that we may not be able to address flower concerns reported after the 3-day notification period. This policy ensures that we can promptly investigate and resolve any issues while the flowers are still fresh and in their best condition.
